I don't speak Russian. How to have a good visit in 3 days in St Petersburg?
What can I do to help myself. I'm coming by 72 hour visa free ferry.

Can Be Language Barrier an Obstacle? It depends on how you plan your trip!
by: Davide

Hello Ruby,

Thank you for stopping by on our site.

Personally speaking, to visit St. Petersburg or even Moscow, the Russian language is not really mandatory. Of course knowing the language could make your visit easier and stress free, but if you organize yourself and plan things before you come, you are going to have a good time.

My advice to you, as you have a very limited time, is to find a local tour guide who will plan for you your day tour itinerary, buy tickets in advance, and take care of you from day one.

Alternatively, if you are on a low budget trip then, you must do your search and organize your trip on your own.

Either way feel free to use our website to find all the information you need to plan your trip.

And, if you are considering to hire a local tour guide, don't hesitate to contact us We'll be happy to help you organize your visit.

Cheers!
