Stroganoff steak house restaurant is not only known for being the largest steak house restaurant in Russia, it's even more popular for its comprehensive selection of outstanding steaks of domestic meat in a distinctly western ambiance.
Under the glow of subdued lighting against the warmth of leather and wood furnishings, the elegantly rustic interior is comparable to an American steak house with accents that reflect the same rugged traditions.
Located at city center in the historic building once used as barracks and stables for the Horse Guard Regiment before the revolution, remnants of tethering rings, horse shoes and period photos adorn the walls as reminders of history.
Beyond the windows is an impressive view of the boulevard, the Horse Guard's Riding School and St. Issac's Cathedral, but inside, it's the impressive culinary skills of the chefs that earned the award for Best Gastronomic Restaurant, St. Petersburg's magazine "Time Out".

Stroganoff Steak House restaurant ensures high quality, dry aged, premium cuts of grain fed Angus steaks, which has earned them many loyal patrons. But guests also rave about the clam chowder, grilled salmon, strawberry soup and superior service, which are additional reasons they keep coming back!
